Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, WhatsApp, a calculator tool, or the AI assistant, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the category of service you are enquiring about, and any message or document you provide. We do not collect payment information through this website.

We also collect basic technical information automatically — such as a locally generated visitor and session identifier stored in your browser's local storage — used only to keep track of an ongoing chat session and distinguish repeat visits. This is not third-party advertising or tracking technology.

How information is used

Information submitted is used to respond to your enquiry, to provide the professional services agreed in an engagement letter where an engagement follows, to send you an acknowledgement of your enquiry, and to notify the firm internally of new enquiries. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

AI assistant

If you use the AI assistant on this website, your messages are sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate a response. These providers process the message content to return an answer and are bound by their own privacy and data-handling policies; we do not control how long they retain processed data. Do not share sensitive identifiers (such as your full PAN, Aadhaar number, or bank account details) in the AI assistant — share such documents only through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp once an engagement is underway.

Third-party service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate this website and respond to enquiries, including a database provider to store enquiry and booking records, an email delivery provider to send acknowledgements and internal alerts, a messaging provider to support WhatsApp communication, and AI service providers for the AI assistant described above. These providers process information only as necessary to perform these functions and are not authorised to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry. Where an engagement follows, client records are retained for the duration required by applicable law and the professional record-keeping obligations applicable to Chartered Accountants. You may request earlier deletion of enquiry data that has not led to an engagement — see “Your rights” below.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated to disclose them before they go live.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data held by us, and to withdraw consent for its processing, subject to our record-keeping obligations as a regulated profession. To exercise these rights, or to raise a grievance about how your data has been handled, contact the Grievance Officer below.

Client information is handled in accordance with the confidentiality obligations applicable to members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Children's data

This website is intended for use by adults seeking professional services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
