Complete GST Registration Process in India#

What is GST Registration?#

GST Registration is mandatory for businesses with annual turnover exceeding Rs 20 lakh (Rs 10 lakh for special category states). Once registered, you become a regular taxpayer and can collect GST from customers.

  • PAN Card of the business entity
  • Aadhaar Card of the authorized signatory

  • Bank account details
  • Proof of business constitution

Registration Process#

Step 1: Visit GST Portal#

Go to gst.gov.in

Step 2: Click Register Now#

Under Taxpayers section, click "Register Now"

Step 3: Fill Form GST REG-01#

Enter PART-A of the registration form

Step 4: Submit Documents#

Upload all required documents

Step 5: Verification#

GST officer will verify the application
